We all need to detox at times. And it's not just the garbage that we put into our bodies that we need to detox from. sometimes it's good to detox all the negative people from our lives as well. All the people who weigh us down with added baggage and clutter.. there comes THAT time when you decide enough is enough and it's time to de-clutter.. release that load and remove the garbage that's weighing you down. .. move forward without people who neither benefit you nor care about you... people who have a negative effect on your emotions and bring you pain instead of joy. So whilst your detoxing all the garbage from your insides...detox negative people as well. It's called knocking 2 birds with one stone.
Now that I've got that off my chest..let's talk about detoxing our insides...!!!
ok, there are many ways in which we can detox but today I want to share a tip with you all..... a quick and easy way to detox not to mention tasty (which always helps)....
Cut up pieces of fruit and veg and put them into some water either in a bottle or jug. Leave it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours..over night is even better...then just drink and enjoy... !! not only is it good for you..it tastes great too.
Now for those of you who want a flatter stomach.. heres a tip...
cut up slices of lemon..lime...cucumber and some fresh mint leaves..drop them in some water..let it stand for a minimum of 2 hours then enjoy..... drink this everyday for 2 weeks..not only will your skin glow.. your stomach fats will reduce. Lemon and Lime are very acidic so they will break down the fats in your stomach... **its preferable to let it sit over night..but it's not a must**
You can use any water.. but I prefer to use bottled water. The voss bottles are great because they are big enough to fit all the fruits and veg in and they come in various sizes. Plus they look nice too oh and you can drink them on the go. ;-)
