but you can ONLY really forgive someone who is GENUINELY sorry.
And that's the key word here....
There is no point what so ever forgiving someone who doesn't really deserve to be forgiven because their intentions remain the same.
Also words mean NOTHING when actions prove otherwise.. anyone can say anything.. it's how they behave afterwards that proves how they really feel.
Actions SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS....
How far did a person go to seek your forgiveness?
If they failed the first time did they try again?
HOW important is it for them to gain your forgiveness?
They tell other people one thing... yet do another.... is this genuine INTENTIONS?
You can only truly forgive someone who genuinely wants to be forgiven... who genuinely CARES that whatever they have done to you has affected your life in some way, and for that reason they want to make amends... Other than that, forgiveness in my book, is optional.
